Delivery
At the time of purchase you can select our Standard Delivery service or our Delivery & Set-Up Service service. All deliveries are carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and dedicated trained staff, ensuring you get the highest standard of service.
1. Essential Delivery - from £49
‘Essential Delivery’ is from £49 per order dependent on order value (check the delivery cost to your postcode from any product page or on our delivery page) - the cheapest of any of the major furniture retailer. This service delivers your furniture to any accessible room of your choice, without the need for our staff to remove windows or doors. Your order will be left in any manufacturers’ packaging for you to unwrap – disposal of the packaging will be your responsibility.
2. Premium Delivery & Set-Up - from £79
‘Premium Delivery & Set-Up’ is available from just £79 dependent on order value (check the delivery cost to your postcode from any product page or on our delivery page).
It includes unwrapping and assembly of all applicable furniture leaving them ready for use (please note that some items are sold as 'part self assembly' or 'flat packed' and as such we do not offer the deluxe delivery service on them – these items are indicated as such). This service also includes the removal of all packaging, leaving you free to immediately enjoy your new furniture.
