Choosing a rug - the finishing touch to any room

Rugs provide the ideal way to finish a room, pulling together the wall colours, curtains, soft furnishings and furniture.  Whether you're looking for a classic Persian style rug or something modern and contemporary, we have a great selection in store for you to choose from, with dozens of rugs on display.

If you don't find what you're looking for, ask our sales consultants and they can guide you through our full rug collection. Please note that rugs are only available to view and order in our stores.

Many of our rugs are availble to take away from our stores immediately, but if you want a different size or style, we can order them for you, normally arriving within 14 days.

Care of your new rug

  • To increase durability and minimise the risk of damage, ensure that the rug is cleaned regularly with a stiff brush (for short pile rugs) or suitable vacuum attachment (for longer pile rugs).
  • Make sure that any spills of liquids are wiped up promptly. If they are left for prolonged periods they can stain the surface. Use a damp cloth or lightly moistened floor mop to wash the surface, ensuring the floor dries out completely before walking on it again.
  • Check the manufacturer’s own care guidelines before using specialist cleaning treatments or equipment.
