PRICING POLICY
Fairway Furniture takes great care to ensure that it complies with the Pricing Practices Guide published by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI). Where a comparison price is stated, it will be accompanied by a description explaining what type of comparison price it was.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate and the same as in store. However, mistakes do occur and we will always seek to rectify these as quickly as possible once made aware of them. If we discover an error in the price of goods displayed on the website, we also reserve the right not to establish a contract to sell at the incorrect price.
Where a pricing error becomes apparent only once an item has been ordered through the website at the incorrect price, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price. If for whatever reason we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund on the card payment.
Spend & Save
Showroom ticket prices apply when a single item of furniture, bedding or accessories is purchased. When buying more than one item, a ‘Spend & Save’ discount applies - 15% for 2 items, and 20% for 3 or more items. The Spend & Save offer is not applicable to all labour, delivery charges or Staingard Protect & Care Plans and goods already reduced by more than 20% for clearance. Items sold in pairs, sets or groups or with free of charge headboard qualify as 1 item. Interest Free Credit (Representative 0% APR) and Extended Credit (Representative 9.9% APR) available on orders over £400 with 20% minimum deposit - length of payment terms vary with order value. Credit examples: 10 months Interest Free - Cash price £1000. 20% deposit of £200, then 10 monthly payments of £80. Total amount payable £1000. 0% Representative APR. 36 months 9.9% APR Finance - Cash price £1000. 20% deposit of £200, then 36 equal monthly payments of £25.62. Total amount payable £1122.32. 9.9% Representative APR.
