PRICING POLICY

Fairway Furniture takes great care to ensure that it complies with the Pricing Practices Guide published by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI). Where a comparison price is stated, it will be accompanied by a description explaining what type of comparison price it was.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate and the same as in store. However, mistakes do occur and we will always seek to rectify these as quickly as possible once made aware of them. If we discover an error in the price of goods displayed on the website, we also reserve the right not to establish a contract to sell at the incorrect price.

Where a pricing error becomes apparent only once an item has been ordered through the website at the incorrect price, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price. If for whatever reason we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund on the card payment.

Spring Sale prices are as indicated on this website and are the same as instore.

Price comparisons stating 'Previous Price' or ‘RRP’ on our website are the higher prices which were offered online and in store between 04/03/2024 and 24/03/2024. RRP is the Recommended Retail Price. After Sale Price is the price we will charge when the sale ends.
