Delivery

How should I prepare for my delivery?

Between ordering your products and taking delivery, we recommend that you carefully measure the room you intend the product to be delivered into so that you can be sure the product will fit. Doing this will prevent issues on delivery. You can use our Measuring Guide for more information on how to check dimensions.

Our delivery team will take all reasonable care while carrying out your delivery, but cannot be held liable for minor damage, so please make sure that items of value such as ornaments and pictures are moved before they arrive. It is your responsibility to protect existing floorcoverings and furnishings during the delivery. This is important, as any protective packaging on your furniture may have uneven or abrasive surfaces and our delivery teams cannot remove their footwear as this impedes safe working practices. Bespoke delivery solutions for homes with difficult access or requiring additional logistic support are available. Further charges apply - please contact us for more details.

When will my delivery arrive?

When placing your order, you will be quoted an anticipated delivery timeframe - this is however only an estimate, based on the latest information available from our suppliers. Most furniture is delivered to us on time, but occasionally a manufacturer does not keep to their delivery estimate. We continually monitor all orders and if we become aware that there is a delay to your order, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.

At the time of purchase you can select our Standard Delivery service or our Premium Delivery & Set-Up service. All deliveries are carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and dedicated trained staff, ensuring you get the highest standard of service.

1. Essential Delivery - from £49

‘Essential Delivery’ is from £49 per order dependent on order value (check the delivery cost to your postcode from any product page or on our delivery page) - the cheapest of any of the major furniture retailer. This service delivers your furniture to any accessible room of your choice, without the need for our staff to remove windows or doors.  Your order will be left in any manufacturers’ packaging for you to unwrap – disposal of the packaging will be your responsibility.

2. Premium Delivery & Set-Up - from £79

‘Premium Delivery & Set-Up’ is available from just £79 dependent on order value (check the delivery cost to your postcode from any product page or on our delivery page). It includes unwrapping and assembly of all applicable furniture leaving them ready for use (please note that some items are sold as 'part self assembly' or 'flat packed' and as such we do not offer the deluxe delivery service on them – these items are indicated as such). This service also includes the removal of all packaging, leaving you free to immediately enjoy your new furniture.

Please note: You will only pay one delivery charge per order, no matter how many items are delivered.

Flexible Finance Options

You can choose one of our flexible finance options to purchase goods online using a simple monthly payment, on all order values over £400.

Interest free credit (0% APR representative) is available over 10 or 20 months (depending on order value) and interest bearing credit (9.9% APR representative) is available over 24, 36 or 48 months.  All finance options offered here are provided solely by our partner, V12 Retail Finance. Finance is provided subject to acceptance and the terms and conditions of V12 Retail Finance.
