The Maldon boasts foam core fibre wrapped seats, and hollow pocketed fibre constructed backs for outstanding comfort and support. The seats are sprung with high gauge serpentine springs, with elasticated tension webbing in the backs for structure and resilience. All sofas and chairs in the Maldon collection are handcrafted in the UK, from the finest materials sourced from around the world, whilst meeting the highest environmental standards. All components have been thoroughly tested for your peace of mind, and all frames are constructed using hardwood, plywood and high-density particle board which is glued and screwed for strength and durability. The Maldon also boasts adjustable headrests on some models, and Leggat and Platt reclining actions in all motion items, for a smooth and reliable recliner.
