Once you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a specific delivery date that best suits your schedule. The day prior to delivery, we’ll also send you a 90-minute delivery slot, so you know exactly when to expect your new furniture.
Made-to-order or special-order sofas can affect the delivery time.
Our Fantasia sofas are self-assembly.
We do offer a Delivery & Set-Up service that takes the hassle out of putting together your sofa, chair, or sofa bed. This also includes removing and disposing of the manufacturer’s packaging, so you have more time to enjoy lounging on your new Fantasia sofa.
We do recommend and require this for corner groups to ensure the sofa is correctly assembled for your comfort and safety.
