Delivery for in-stock sofas can take as little as 7 to 10 days.
For special order items or deliveries outside of our standard delivery zones, delivery can take longer (often between 9 and 24 weeks) and will be arranged with you prior to purchase.
Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a delivery day that suits you best, and a 90-minute delivery window will be confirmed the day before your allocated delivery date.
Most of our sofas are already assembled when delivered and will be left in the manufacturer’s packaging for you to unwrap. Our teams can place your sofa wherever you need it in your home.
Or, you can choose our Delivery and Set-Up service, and our delivery team will unwrap, remove, and dispose of the packaging for you. This is required for some of the sofas in our collection, but this will be noted on the product page should it be necessary.
