Take the Exeter road, leaving the dual carriageway at the Kingsteignton exit. Follow signs to the racecourse.

From Exeter:
Take the A38, turning onto the A380 at Kennford where it is signed Torquay. Follow signs for the Newton Abbot racecourse. Fairway Furniture Newton Abbot is on the right just before the racecourse.
